Privilege escalation failed with 1053

If when Cobalt Strike you get this error StartService FAILED 1053 when you are doing privilege escalation:

run sc start <serviceName>

[SC] StartService FAILED 1053:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
